Scouting is a whole new world for many boys, girls, and their families. We hope to make your adventure a positive one.

When you are ready to join, we will need a bit of paperwork from you:

• 1. BSA & Cub Scout Applications

  2. Transfering from a different Pack

  3. BSA Medical Form (Part A & B only for Cub Scouts) ~ NO doctor signature required!

You will then need to head to the Heart of America Council Headquarters and visit the Scout Shop to pick up a uniform and handbook for your new Scout. Don’t worry, the staff at the Scout Shop know what you need to get to be a member of Pack 4245.

Once you have your uniform and patches you can either sew on the patches yourself, purchase "Badge Magic" while at the Scout Shop to convert your patches into iron-on patches, or leave your items at the Scout Shop and have them sew them on for you for a small fee.
